DJ Dirk Ivens
Belgian electronic pioneer Dirk Ivens, known for his work under various names as Sonar, Absolute Body Control, Blok 57, S/HE, The Klinik, and of course DIVE. This year he is celebrating 30 years of DIVE. He also founded the record labels Body Records, Daft Records & Minimal Maximal and is a cornerstone of the Belgian and indeed the global body music and industrial music scene.
On top of all that he’s also a stunning DJ, with a glorious collection of classic tracks and stunning less well known gems that always, without fail, fills the dancefloor. Do not be the one who misses this set!
DJ Ali
Founder and resident of Bristol’s ‘No Alternative’ night. A bi-monthly free party that plays minimal, coldwave, post-punk, goth and italo. Before that I was a resident DJ for Bristol’s long-running ‘Pandoras Box’ and have guested at various nights across Bristol, Plymouth, London and Nottingham (heh, and once in New York’s Batcave but it was early and no-one danced.. mean :/)”
…Oh and about the name; it’s from back in the days when ‘txt msgs’ had a limited number of characters so it just kinda stuck!
DJ MATT HART
Matt started DJing in 2014 and spent a short time as a resident DJ at Club Departure in London. He now spends the odd weekend DJing at the infamous club, Slimelight. In his short career so far he has most notably guest DJed at Club Antichrist in London, Nocturne in Toronto, Canada, Revolution in Sheffield and Deliverance in Edinburgh and Delete Yourself in Manchester. The highlight of Matt’s DJ career so far was being asked to DJ opening and closing sets at the final night of Aftermath Festival 2015 in Toronto supporting DJ sets by Rhys Fulber (FLA/Conjure One) and Joe Letz (Combichrist).
Matt also creates his own brand of industrial music under the same name and has begun playing shows in London. The creation of his own music is a combination of influences from playing in industrial band CONCRETE LUNG to all the superb music that he DJs and is being released by bands from around the world.
DJ MATT HART plays sets of industrial, EBM and harsh electro, consisting of new music and remixes from newer bands in the scene and classics and new tracks by bands that have defined the scene, all mixed and matched to create a seething dance floor that never stops.
