want to upgrade?

If you already booked TOWNHOUSE and want to UPGRADE to EN SUITE (or vice versa) you simply need to book the new room type and then contact GIGANTIC CUSTOMER SERVICES via email to request the unwanted room be refunded in full.
– they will only refund an old booking if you have secured your new booking.
– you must quote both OLD and NEW booking ID in your email.
