OWLS are confirmed for Infest 2026
O₩LS is a macabre synthpunk artist from Longford, Ireland, whose work draws heavily on the shadowed corners of post-punk and goth. With an aesthetic rooted in the bleak, the poetic and the transitory, O₩LS crafts music that interrogates mortality, impermanence and the quiet certainty of the end that awaits us all. The project fuses darkwave textures with sharp electronic production, producing a tense, atmospheric soundscape where stark beats and spectral synth lines collide.
DEATH
Rather than leaning on shock or spectacle, O₩LS approaches these themes with a sense of reflection and uneasy intimacy, inviting listeners to sit with the darker facets of the human condition. The result is music that is both confrontational and strangely meditative, channelling the emotional weight of classic goth with the urgency and raw edge of contemporary synth-driven post-punk.
IMPERMANENCE
On stage, O₩LS has earned a growing reputation for immersive, unflinching performances, sharing line-ups with acclaimed underground acts including Selofan, Patriarchy and Night in Athens.
