We’re pleased to share a new, low-cost accommodation option for students attending Infest 2026 (21–23 August at Manchester Academy).
We’ve partnered with Unite Students to offer affordable rooms at two Manchester properties, exclusively for students.
Rosamond House (approx. 10-minute walk to the venue):
• Large Standard Double: £30.86 per night
• Extra Large Standard Double: £32.29 per night
• Book Rosamund House directly via the Unite Students website
Brook Hall (approx. 15-minute walk):
• Large Standard Double: £23.71 per night
• Extra Large Standard Double: £24.86 per night
• Book Brook Hall directly via the Unite Students website (select “Short Stay”)

Key details:
• Student-only offer (valid student ID required for booking and check-in)
• Rooms are single occupancy
• Ensuite rooms with shared kitchen (within flats)
• Minimum stay 1 week – book individually, directly with Unite
• Availability runs across August, including the Infest weekend
This is a great-value, flexible option for students looking to stay close to the festival without breaking the bank.
Terms: Bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights but that works out at just ~£226 for the most expensive option – even if you just stay for 4 nights it’s only ~£56 a night – and if you want to extend and hang out in Manchester or explore the local area then it’s only ~£33 a night
