NNHMN are a Berlin-based dark electronic duo creating moody, provocative music infused with haunted synths, hypnotic rhythms and ghostly vocals. Comprised of Lee Margot and Michal Laudarg, the pair have established themselves as one of the most distinctive acts in contemporary darkwave, combining gothic atmosphere with dancefloor-focused electronics and a strong foundation in techno culture.
Drawing upon post-punk, dark disco, minimal synth, EBM and haunted synthwave, NNHMN inhabit a world entirely their own. Analogue textures, arpeggiated basslines and rich electronic arrangements provide the backdrop for Lee’s captivating vocal performances, guiding listeners through immersive soundscapes that feel equally at home in darkened clubs and cinematic daydreams. Their music is both icy and emotional, seductive and unsettling, balancing introspective melancholy with an undeniable urge to dance.

NNHMN’s intoxicating blend of dark electronic music has earned them an international following and appearances at some of the world’s most respected alternative music events. The duo have also become one of the few artists from the darkwave scene to perform at Berlin’s legendary Berghain, a testament to the crossover appeal of their unique sound. Recent releases including Circle of Doom and Opera of Lust & The Art of Sorrow have further expanded their sonic universe, blending club-oriented rhythms with the duo’s trademark atmosphere and emotional depth.
