Infest 2019: Sulpher CONFIRMED!

After nearly a decade touring the planet as members of The Prodigy, Marilyn Manson, Gary Numan and The Jesus & Mary Chain, SULPHER have finally regrouped and are back!

Started by multi-instrumentalists Rob Holliday and Steve Monti in the early part of 2000, Sulpher presents a distinctly gritty and unique style of industrial alternative rock, paying homage to legends such as Nine Inch Nails, Filter and Rob Zombie, while mixing the experimental sounds of such groups as Medicine and The Chemical Brothers.

Sulpher were hailed in many rock magazines as the genre’s new hope after the release of its debut single ‘Spray’ in 2002, and as a result secured national tours with the some of the scene’s biggest and best. They won a Metal Hammer award around the same time which only heightened interest in the band, and their reputation spread worldwide when their track ‘Fear Me’ was used for the USA 2002 Winter Olympic Games promo ads throughout movie theatres and primetime TV in the states. The band have previously toured throughout Germany as special guests of The 69 Eyes and Sisters of Mercy.

…after a long break concentrating on other musical activities, Sulpher returned to the stage in 2018 supporting the release of their long overdue 2nd album ‘No One Will Ever Know’ released through SPV/Oblivion

We’re very pleased to have confirmed the band for Infest 2019 during the coming summer festival season. If you like your industrial with lashings of guitars, then this is the show for you!
